Joseph’s Classic Market Family Opening New All-Day Restaurant in West Palm Beach

A new all-day restaurant from one of South Florida’s best-known food families is coming to West Palm Beach.

Parma Palm Beach, created by the family behind Joseph’s Classic Market, is expected to open this September/October at 7170 S. Dixie Highway in the SoSo neighborhood.

Built around the idea of “Simple food, made better,” Parma will focus on high-quality ingredients and quick, elevated meals. The menu will feature house-made focaccia, sourdough sandwiches made with bread from Bread by Johnny, fresh toasts using sourdough from Lingonberry Café, chopped salads and wraps, smoothies, pastries, and coffee from Floridian Coffee Roasters. The restaurant will also use extra virgin olive oil and avocado oil in place of processed oils.

Inspired by the food culture of Parma, Italy, the concept emphasizes simple dishes made with exceptional ingredients. The space will include a walk-up to-go window for quick service, along with an upscale indoor dining area designed to feel more like a luxury restaurant than a typical sandwich shop.

The location was chosen with locals in mind. Parma will open behind South Olive Elementary, across from Don Ramon, just north of Aioli, and a few blocks from the new Trader Joe’s.

The opening marks the family’s second investment in West Palm Beach, following Joseph’s Classic Market on Belvedere Road, and continues the expansion of a local business that has grown from a single market into four South Florida locations and a central commissary producing fresh food daily.
