Another residential tower is coming to downtown West Palm Beach.
Related Ross has unveiled plans for a 25-story tower at 464 Fern Street featuring 194 residences ranging from two to four bedrooms. The approximately 316-foot building will also include more than 4,300 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
Plans include a lap pool, outdoor bar, fitness center, landscaped terraces and game room, along with a street-level garden plaza and public art facing South Dixie Highway.
The project will rise on a 2.64-acre site that Related Ross purchased for $55 million in May 2026, adding another major residential development to the company’s growing downtown West Palm Beach portfolio.
