The Nora Hotel — Opening 2026

Hospitality takes center stage with The Nora Hotel, a 201-key, luxury boutique hotel developed by the team behind iconic New York City properties like The Mercer and The Bowery Hotel. The Nora Hotel is expected to cost about $200 million, or about $1 million per key.

The Nora Hotel will also be home to one of New York’s most celebrated restaurants. The beloved NYC Parisian-style brasserie Pastis will open its fifth location within The Nora Hotel. Created by James Beard Award-winning restaurateur Stephen Starr of STARR Restaurants, Pastis will feature over 13,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor dining — making it a must-visit for food lovers.
