Luxury Car Dealership Site Could Become West Palm Beach High-Rise

One of downtown West Palm Beach’s most recognizable properties could eventually look very different.

The 2.5-acre Myers Auto Group site at Okeechobee Boulevard and South Dixie Highway, which is currently home to Jaguar, Aston Martin, and McLaren dealerships, is now seeking to be added to the city’s proposed Downtown Master Plan.

If approved, the property would become eligible for a mixed-use development up to 25 stories, potentially bringing new residential, retail, and commercial space to one of downtown’s key gateway intersections.

No redevelopment plans have been submitted yet. The current request is simply to include the site within the Downtown Master Plan, which city planners support. However, the overall master plan is currently on hold while city leaders gather additional public input on future growth.

If ultimately approved, the dealership property could become one of the next major redevelopment projects shaping West Palm Beach’s evolving skyline.
