Stephen Ross Eyes Massive Boca Raton “Micro-City”

Stephen Ross is looking to make another major bet on Palm Beach County.

The billionaire developer and his firm, Related Ross, are in advanced talks to acquire the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC), the former IBM headquarters and largest single-office complex in Florida.

The vision goes far beyond office space. Plans call for transforming the 1.7 million-square-foot campus into a mixed-use “micro-city” featuring more than 1,000 residences, shops, restaurants, medical offices, a hotel, and expanded office space.

The project would add another major piece to Ross’ growing Palm Beach County portfolio, which already includes billions of dollars in development across West Palm Beach and Wellington.

If completed, the project would transform one of Boca Raton’s most recognizable office campuses into a vibrant live-work-play destination. It also reinforces Palm Beach County’s growing appeal as a destination for major investment, business growth, and large-scale mixed-use development.
