West Palm Beach’s development boom continues to move north.
Terra and BH Group have proposed two 31-story condo towers near Currie Park, on a site under contract from billionaire developer Jeff Greene. The project would bring 281 new residences, retail space, and resort-style amenities to the rapidly evolving North Flagler corridor.
The timing is no coincidence. The city is investing $35 million into a major transformation of Currie Park, creating a more active waterfront destination and helping position the surrounding neighborhood for future growth.
Developers are clearly seeing the opportunity. Just days ago, a penthouse at the under-construction Ritz-Carlton Residences, West Palm Beach entered contract for $16.95 million, setting a new pricing record for North Flagler Drive and signaling strong demand for luxury waterfront living in the area.
For West Palm Beach, the development momentum is no longer confined to downtown. North Flagler is quickly emerging as one of the city’s most watched waterfront corridors.
