New Ultra-Luxury Condo Planned Near the Norton Museum

Another ultra-luxury residential project could soon reshape West Palm Beach’s growing cultural district.

A new condominium tower planned near the Norton Museum of Art would feature just 16 residences, including one full-floor unit on each level and a two-story penthouse at the top. Most homes are expected to be priced around $20 million.

But the project isn’t just about luxury living. Plans also include a private cultural club, designed to host art-focused events, community programming, and gatherings tied to the neighborhood’s growing arts scene.

The development is being positioned as part of the transformation happening around the Norton Museum, which is undergoing a major expansion of its own. Developers envision the area becoming a true cultural hub, blending art, public spaces, dining, and high-end residential living.

If approved, the project would add another high-profile address to one of West Palm Beach’s fastest-evolving neighborhoods.
