Rising Tower in the NORA District: West Tower Plans Under Review

Fresh plans for the NORA District’s West Tower in West Palm Beach are under review with the City’s Plans & Plats Review Committee. The tower would rise on 2.8 acres of a 5.1-acre site spanning 10th & 11th Street and North Railroad Avenue. It’s part of a two-phase multifamily project, with space reserved for a future East Tower.

Here’s what’s planned:

  • 11 stories / 476,697 sq. ft.
  • 334 apartments, 7 townhomes, 9 micro units: Units will range from micro pads under 400 sq. ft. to spacious apartments up to 1,747 sq. ft.
  • 16,000+ sq. ft. of commercial space
  • 561 parking spots
  • 5th-floor pool deck & top-floor amenities, including pickleball courts, cold plunge, outdoor kitchen/lounge, coworking, dog run, and a fitness center.

This is another big step in transforming NORA into one of WPB’s most exciting live/work/play districts. Stay tuned!
