New Restaurants Coming to Palm Beach and West Palm Beach in Fall 2026 & 2027

Palm Beach and West Palm Beach’s restaurant boom isn’t slowing down.

From major openings at CityPlace and NORA to a growing restaurant cluster in Flamingo Park, dozens of new restaurants, cafés, bars and food concepts are in the works across the area.

Here are the Palm Beach and West Palm Beach restaurant openings we’re watching.

New Restaurants Coming to CityPlace

Ela Curry & Cocktails

Chef Pushkar Marathe is bringing Ela Curry & Cocktails to CityPlace, with modern Indian dishes ranging from curries to street food-inspired plates alongside a creative cocktail program.

Opening: Fall 2026

Mango Mercado

Also from Pushkar Marathe, along with Andy Dugard, Mango Mercado will be a globally inspired café serving sandwiches, soups, salads and seasonal dishes.

BuddhaBerry

The Hamptons frozen yogurt favorite is expanding to West Palm Beach with frozen yogurt, a large toppings selection, smoothies, crêpes, waffles and more.

New Restaurants Coming to NORA

Pastis

Stephen Starr’s well-known New York French brasserie is coming to The Nora Hotel. Expect the Parisian-inspired atmosphere and classic French dishes that made the original Pastis a longtime Manhattan destination.

Indaco

Indaco will bring rustic Italian dining to NORA with house-made pasta, wood-fired pizza and Italian wines.

Vesta

Vesta is a new wine-focused restaurant planned for the former Juliana’s Pizza space, with seasonal American cooking alongside its wine program.

Nami Nori

New York-based Nami Nori is known for its open-style temaki hand rolls served individually in a casual, modern setting.

New Restaurants Coming to Downtown West Palm Beach and Clematis Street

Hacienda

SubCulture Group’s long-awaited Hacienda is planned as a roughly 13,000-square-foot food hall on Clematis Street with multiple food and drink concepts, rooftop seating and an outdoor patio.

Ketchy Shuby

New York restaurant and nightlife concept Ketchy Shuby is taking over the former Banko Cantina space with dining, cocktails, nightlife and a rooftop component.

The Daily Focaccia

The locally owned Italian focacceria will focus on freshly made focaccia sandwiches and Italian flavors in downtown West Palm Beach.

Taquería Carnalito + Tragos Amargos

Taquería Carnalito is planned for 301 Clematis Street in the former Nico’s space. The project will pair a taco restaurant with Tragos Amargos, a hidden cocktail and listening bar.

New Restaurants Coming to Palm Beach

Élephante

The Mediterranean restaurant is headed to the former Almond space on Royal Poinciana Way. An adjacent market and bakery are also planned as part of the Palm Beach location.

Avenue 31

Monaco-born Avenue 31 is bringing its European dining concept to Palm Beach.

Gab’s Organics

Chef Gab is transforming a historic Palm Beach gas station into a new concept offering coffee, chef-driven grab-and-go meals, picnic provisions and thoughtfully sourced snacks.

Room Service

Stephen Starr is planning his first Palm Beach restaurant at 151 Worth Avenue. Tentatively called Room Service, the proposed steakhouse would pair steaks with comfort-food favorites and include a terrace overlooking Worth Avenue.

Church Mouse Coffee

A new grab-and-go coffee counter is planned inside The Church Mouse on South County Road featuring Pumphouse Coffee. Proceeds are expected to support Bethesda-by-the-Sea’s charitable outreach.

Flamingo Park’s Restaurant Boom

Flamingo Park is becoming one of West Palm Beach’s biggest areas to watch for new dining, with a cluster of restaurants, cafés and bars on the way.

Niwa

Niwa will combine Japanese and Latin influences with a seafood-forward menu and a Japanese tea garden.

Midorie

Midorie will focus on sushi, rice bowls and Japanese classics.

Rueshaw is planned as an elevated Florida ranch-to-table steakhouse.

The team behind Pumphouse Coffee is expanding with a new concept centered on donuts and coffee.

Parma Palm Beach

The family behind Joseph’s Classic Market is opening Parma Palm Beach in SoSo as an Italian-inspired all-day café with focaccia, sourdough sandwiches, salads, coffee and more.

Aleeza

Matthew and Aliza Byrne, the team behind Kitchen and Mr. B’s Tavern, are planning Aleeza in West Palm Beach’s South End with a Mediterranean-inspired menu.

Drift Cafe

Palm Beach’s Drift Cafe is expanding across the bridge with a second location at 4919 S. Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach.

Naked Farmer

Florida-born Naked Farmer is coming to Tanger Outlets Palm Beach with its build-your-own bowls centered around fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Kimchi Mart

South Florida Asian grocery market Kimchi Mart is expanding to West Palm Beach with its first Palm Beach County location, combining an Asian grocery store with prepared foods and specialty products.

Smalls Sliders

Smalls Sliders is opening at 8821 Southern Blvd. with cheeseburger sliders, fries and shakes. The West Palm Beach restaurant is expected to be the first of several planned Palm Beach County locations.

Sea Salt Beach House Proposed for Currie Park

A new waterfront restaurant could eventually join the list at Currie Park.

The team behind The Wharf was selected as the top-ranked group for Sea Salt Beach House, a proposed two-story waterfront restaurant with seafood-focused dining, outdoor seating and a second-floor event space overlooking the Intracoastal.

The project is still moving through negotiations and city approvals, so the restaurant is not yet a confirmed opening.

More Restaurant Openings Are on the Way

With CityPlace continuing to add restaurants, NORA building out its dining lineup and new restaurant clusters emerging from Flamingo Park to the South End, Palm Beach and West Palm Beach have a substantial pipeline of new places to eat.

Opening dates can change, and several of these restaurants are still in the planning stages. Palm Beach Now will continue updating this guide as opening dates are announced and doors officially open.
