Garden Butcher Opens in Downtown West Palm Beach

A popular Boca Raton health-focused eatery is officially expanding to West Palm Beach. Garden Butcher opens on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 501 S. Olive Street in Downtown WPB, bringing its clean-eating concept to downtown after building a loyal following in South Florida.

Founded by chef Erin Leeds, Garden Butcher focuses on meals made without seed oils, refined sugars, artificial ingredients, gums, or fillers. The menu features grab-and-go meals, bowls, smoothies, café favorites, and prepared foods designed to make healthy eating simple and convenient. The restaurant also emphasizes local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible, partnering with Florida farms and producers to source many of its ingredients.

As wellness-focused dining continues to grow in popularity, Garden Butcher is bringing another healthy option to Downtown West Palm Beach—one that has already developed a strong following just down the road in Boca Raton for its all-day café, grab-and-go selections made fresh daily, and catering services.
