Tennis, padel and pickleball are coming to one of West Palm Beach’s newest luxury condo developments.
Related Ross is partnering with Set Point Tennis to create a private, residents-only racquet club at Edgeworth, the two-tower development planned at 1155 S. Flagler Drive.
What’s Planned at the Edgeworth Racquet Club?
The club will be located on Edgeworth’s sixth-floor west terrace overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Palm Beach.
It will include:
- Two Har-Tru tennis courts
- One padel court
- One pickleball court
- A dedicated pro shop
Set Point Tennis will operate the courts and offer private instruction, clinics, tournaments, junior programming and other resident events. The pro shop is also expected to offer equipment demos, racquet stringing, grip customization and rentals.
When Will Edgeworth Open?
Edgeworth is planned for completion in 2029.
The development will include two 28-story towers with 184 residences and more than 90,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.
The racquet club will be part of a larger wellness collection that includes a cold plunge, saunas, salt room, red-light therapy, hyperbaric chamber and resort-style pool.
