Another major development is officially underway in downtown West Palm Beach.
Construction has begun on a 21-story mixed-use project at 506 Datura Street, directly next to the Brightline station in downtown WPB. The development will include 181 luxury apartments known as Alida Residences and a Marriott Tribute Portfolio boutique hotel.
Here’s what’s planned:
- 181 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units.
- A separate Marriott Tribute Portfolio boutique hotel.
- A 21st-floor rooftop pool with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, The Breakers, and the Atlantic Ocean.
- New retail space at street level in one of downtown’s fastest-growing corridors.
The project has been in the works since 2019 and is expected to be completed in 2028, adding another residential and hospitality destination to West Palm Beach’s growing downtown.
