The South Florida Fair is bringing a little magic to Palm Beach County in 2027.
Organizers have unveiled next year’s theme, “It’s a Mythical South Florida Fair,” which will feature dragons, mermaids, unicorns, and other legendary creatures throughout the fairgrounds. Visitors can expect themed areas inspired by enchanted forests, underwater worlds, and ancient ruins when the fair returns January 15–31, 2027.
To celebrate the theme reveal, the Fair has teamed up with three local businesses for a special Theme Collaboration Week running June 13–19, 2026.
Participating businesses include:
- Anna Bakes in Wellington with a Birthday Batter Unicorn Cupcake
- Art of Boba in West Palm Beach with a Dragon Fruit Slush
- Dope Vegan in West Palm Beach with Cherubim Fire Fries
Guests who purchase the themed items will receive a free collectible South Florida Fair sticker sheet while supplies last, with a unique design available at each location.
The fair may still be months away, but the countdown, and the mythical fun, has officially begun.
