Dixie Highway, is planning a rooftop restaurant and bar with sweeping views of the intracoastal, the island of Palm Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean. The project includes a 3,000-square-foot rooftop space and 6,000 square feet of restaurant space below, with an opening targeted for 2027.
