West Palm Beach’s rapid growth is getting a boost in community impact. Related Ross has officially launched the Related Ross Foundation, a nonprofit arm created to make sure the city’s development benefits everyone — not just businesses.
The foundation’s mission focuses on economic opportunity, community flourishing, and cultural vitality, with an emphasis on strengthening historic neighborhoods (including the Historic Northwest District, Coleman Park, and Pleasant City).
The organization is partnering with residents and local groups to fund initiatives in education, workforce training, and the arts, as Related Ross has pledged over $10 million in charitable contributions through 2025, supporting organizations like the Cox Science Center & Aquarium, Palm Beach State College, Habitat for Humanity, the local Legal Aid Society, and the Urban League of Palm Beach County.
The goal is to ensure that as West Palm Beach continues to rise, its progress is inclusive and creates opportunity for all who call the city home.
