A new kind of luxury garage is planned for West Palm Beach, and it comes with a Porsche nameplate.
Miami-based developer Newgard Group has partnered with Porsche Design to bring Porsche Design Concours to 2500 N. Florida Mango Road, creating one of the brand’s first two luxury car storage facilities in the United States.
The project is expected to open in 2028, with a second location planned in Dallas.
Luxury Garages Starting at $2.5 Million
The West Palm Beach development will feature 22 climate-controlled car condominiums designed for collectors looking for more than a traditional garage. Prices will start at $2.5 million, with individual studios ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet and enough room for approximately three to 12 vehicles. Each studio is planned to include a mezzanine, bathroom and wet bar. Owners would also have access to a private clubhouse with dining, fitness facilities and meeting spaces.
And despite the Porsche branding, you won’t need to own a Porsche to buy one.
Replacing a Former Bowling Alley
Newgard Group purchased the 2.63-acre property, currently home to a former bowling alley, for $10.5 million in August 2026.
The project reflects the growing market for high-end vehicle storage in South Florida, where luxury car collectors are increasingly seeking private, amenity-rich spaces.
If the development proceeds as planned, Porsche Design Concours is expected to open in West Palm Beach in 2028.
