Built in 1873, The Hedges is known to be a local gem, and the Wetenhalls are determined to maintain its charm while offering the world-class hospitality The Colony in Palm Beach is known for. This summer, they’ll open with a full-service restaurant—perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—reviving the inn’s historical roots when Mrs. Caroline Hedges was famous for her breakfasts.
After Labor Day, the Wetenhalls will refresh guest rooms and common areas, blending modern luxury with the Inn’s timeless elegance. Could The Hedges be the next “it” getaway in East Hampton?
