Ultra-Luxury OLIN Palm Beach Condos Begin Sales With Prices Topping $40 Million

A new ultra-luxury condominium development is raising the bar in Palm Beach.

OLIN Palm Beach, planned for the former Ambassador Hotel site at 2720 S. Ocean Blvd., has officially launched sales, with some residences expected to be priced at more than $40 million. This is near record-setting numbers for a condo in Palm Beach.

Here’s what to know:

  • The development will feature 32 luxury residences across three five-story buildings.
  • Homes are expected to range from under $20 million to more than $40 million.
  • The project is being developed by OKO Group and Cain International.
  • It will replace the former Ambassador Hotel and neighboring Edgewater House.
  • Construction follows the first new South End condo development in nearly 20 years.

Demolition is already underway, with the major teardown expected to begin soon as the project moves closer to construction.
