Another piece of West Palm Beach is transforming. A full block along Nottingham Boulevard, just west of Dixie Highway, has been cleared to make room for 30 new luxury townhomes. National builder PulteGroup (who is expected to purchase the land from NDT Development, one of the group’s before The Nora District) is planning to bring the Nottingham Townhomes to life — modern three-story residences designed with a neighborhood-friendly layout where porches face the street and garages are tucked behind.
The site sits near Georgia Avenue, an area once known for its industrial roots that’s now welcoming trendy shops, designer studios, and popular restaurants (think Mr. B’s, The Peach, and The Park, among others). Pricing and construction timelines are still under wraps. More to come.
