Downtown West Palm Beach could soon be getting a major new luxury perk: a private membership club on the Intracoastal, next to Palm Harbor Marina.
According to an exclusive report from The Palm Beach Post, Stephen Ross’ Related Ross is teaming up with Leisure Resorts LLC to build a four-story club-and-retail building on a city-owned parking lot near North Flagler Drive and 2nd Street, just south of Waterview Towers. The location also sits across from Elisabetta’s, as well as The Ben Hotel, which Related Ross is under contract to purchase.
What’s Planned
The concept blends public and private space:
- First two floors: retail shops, with two public restaurants on the ground floor
- Upper floors + rooftop: a members-only private club
Planned amenities may include a rooftop pool, spa, fitness center, and business center. No hotel rooms are expected.
The idea is to offer a new private-club option for Palm Beach County residents—especially those who want something easier to get into than many Palm Beach Island clubs. The club is expected to attract a mix of members (including families and creatives), with an estimated 500+ members, and the developers say membership will be positioned as more “affordable” than traditional Palm Beach club price points.
Bottom line: West Palm Beach’s luxury scene keeps expanding—and this could become one of downtown’s most in-demand new social hubs.
