West Palm Beach will be in the national spotlight later this year.
The Miss America Competition is set to take place in The Palm Beaches from August 28 through September 6, 2026, bringing contestants, visitors, and events to the area for more than a week.
Key venues will include the Palm Beach County Convention Center, the Kravis Center, and the Hilton West Palm Beach, hosting everything from preliminary competitions to the final crowning event.
This year also marks a milestone for the organization—105 years of Miss America—with the 99th titleholder set to be crowned at the end of the competition.
Organizers say the move reflects the area’s continued growth as a destination for arts, culture, and large-scale events. Alongside the competition, the event will highlight scholarships, leadership, and women’s empowerment.
For West Palm Beach, it’s another example of the city continuing to attract nationally recognized events while building its presence on a larger stage.
