Founded by Nick Vorderman and Renee Mee, this concept began in New Jersey as a refined answer to “cars & coffee,” and now it has arrived in the Nora District in West Palm Beach. The menu highlights elevated café fare: soft scrambled egg plates, shakshuka, avocado and ricotta toasts, hearty breakfast burritos, and thoughtful sandwiches like kimchi grilled cheese and herbed chicken salad croissants. Specialty coffee from Parlor, teas, juices, and creative drinks round out the experience.
