PopUp Bagels ("not famous but known") started as a humble backyard pickup window in the Northeast, sharing a homemade bagel recipe with friends. Since then, it has expanded to multiple pop-up and permanent locations, offering fresh bagels with a crispy crust, soft crumb center, and just the right proportion of seeds. PopUp Bagels is now bringing its irresistible bagels to The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach on the weekends (Friday through Sunday) for the season (approximately November through April).
