Description

The Garden of Life Palm Beaches Marathon is a weekend event from December 13-14, 2025, featuring a Marathon, Half Marathon, Marathon Relay, a 10K, and SunRun 5K along the beautiful waterfront streets of West Palm Beach, Florida. Races start and finish near the Meyer Amphitheater on Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The event benefits Special Olympics Florida, supporting athletes with intellectual disabilities. The 5K and 10K take place Saturday (December 13, 2025) morning, with the Marathon, Half Marathon, and Relay on Sunday (December 14, 2025) morning.

If you are a runner, West Palm Beach is a beautiful place to do it - particularly, in the Palm Beaches Marathon. This event is also a Boston Marathon qualifier and, given the flat route (which makes this the 2nd fastest marathon course in Florida), it is an excellent choice for those with high aspirations to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

Go for it! If you have never participated in a race, there is no time like the present. Or, at least get out on the streets of downtown and cheer on the runners (fun signs and loud cheers are encouraged)!
