The 9th Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach opens its doors to the public from February 25, 2026 to March 24, 2026, featuring:

  • A 4,500-square-foot waterfront home at 3410 N. Flagler Drive, complete with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a screening room, and expansive outdoor entertaining spaces overlooking the Intracoastal.
  • The Palm Cottage across the street, a stylish guesthouse with three bedrooms and indoor-outdoor living areas.

This prestigious event showcases stunning design transformations by renowned interior designers. Proceeds support the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, empowering local youth and enhancing opportunities for their growth. Tickets are $50 for general admission when purchased in advance and $60 at the door. The event is a must-see for design enthusiasts and those looking to support a great cause.
