A major new neighborhood is rising in West Palm Beach. The Estates at Nomar will bring 100 luxury single-family homes to the Northwood Marina area, just west of Flagler Drive between 40th and 45th Streets.
Developed by GL Homes and Huizenga Holdings, the community is part of a larger transformation of the Northwood district, adding new residences, a community park, waterfront condos, shopping, dining, and walkable connections to the marina.

Homes will range from 1,800 to 3,900 square feet with open layouts, modern finishes, flexible spaces, and private garages. Pricing starts around $1.5 million, reflecting strong demand in a rapidly growing “Wall Street South” market.
What’s Next
Four model homes are under construction now and set to debut in early 2026. The project sits near Huizenga Holdings’ separate $2 billion plan to redevelop the nearby Rybovich Marina.
