Think South Florida’s corporate surge is peaking? Not even close.
Billionaire developer Stephen Ross says we’re only in the “first inning” of a much bigger game. Translation: the wave of companies moving here is just beginning and the biggest players haven’t even arrived yet.
Yes, the region has already scored major wins, with big-name firms planting roots and expanding in places like West Palm Beach. But according to Ross, what we’re seeing now is just companies “testing the waters” with smaller offices. The real shift is still building.
Between no state income tax, a business-friendly environment, and growing infrastructure, South Florida is positioning itself as a serious contender against traditional powerhouses and even fast-growing states like Texas and North Carolina.
Bottom line: the momentum is real, but we’re early. If Ross is right, the biggest deals and biggest transformations are still ahead.
