A new family-owned local bakery is getting its start in West Palm Beach.
Sibs ‘n Nibbs is a sister-owned bakery specializing in baked goods made with organic ingredients and einkorn flour, an ancient variety of wheat that the bakery says may be better tolerated by some people with gluten sensitivities.
The menu includes artisan einkorn sourdough bread, cookies and other baked treats, with an emphasis on simple, organic ingredients.
The new bakery is already making its way around the local community, popping up at events and markets including the West Palm Beach GreenMarket and Nights in Northwood Village.
Sibs ‘n Nibbs also offers delivery, and customers can reach out directly to place an order.
