West Palm Beach’s luxury scene is expanding beyond real estate, restaurants and retail. Now, a new concept is coming for serious car collectors.
Miami-based Newgard Group has purchased a 2.6-acre property at 2500 N. Florida Mango Road in West Palm Beach for a luxury automotive and lifestyle destination.
The project will feature just 20 privately owned automotive studios designed to give collectors a place to store, display and enjoy their vehicles.
Think private garage meets luxury social club.
Plans include:
• Private automotive studios
• Fitness and wellness amenities
• Padel courts
• Coworking spaces
• Hospitality offerings
• Driving and racing experiences
Newgard says West Palm Beach was selected as the first location because of the area’s affluent population, accessibility and growing community of luxury car collectors.
Sales are expected to begin later in 2026. Pricing, construction timing and the official name of the concept have not yet been announced.
West Palm Beach is also just the beginning. Newgard plans to expand the automotive concept to other luxury markets across the United States.
