Description

The Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society puts on a holiday show with Zoo Lights. Zoo Lights will illuminate the Palm Beach Zoo with festive cheer on select nights from November 21, 2025 to January 4, 2026, transforming it into a magical winter wonderland filled with twinkling lights and seasonal delights. Enjoy enchanting activities like photo ops with Santa, cookie decorating, roasting s’mores, hourly light shows, music, and even “snow” in the fountain! While most zoo residents are more active during the day, you may catch a glimpse of some animals as you explore, too.

While the Zoo Lights is a family friendly and kid friendly activity, the event has two "Adult Nights" on December 4, 11 and 18, which are exclusively for ages 21 and older. Craft cocktails and a festive dinner will be available.

Admittedly, we have not attended Zoo Lights at the Palm Beach Zoo. But, we have been able to visit the Zoo for a craft beer night with friends, which was a fun night to explore the Zoo, take in the atmosphere, and spot a few animals. Since we have fond memories of a previous event night, this event is on our list this holiday season!

Grab tickets in advance and try to arrive early to avoid the extra task of taking a shuttle. Be sure to have your tickets and check out the parking details in advance. If you have never been to the Zoo, you can also combine the Zoo Lights ticket with a day-time pass, so you can explore and take in the animals before they tuck-in for the night.
