West Palm Beach is going big — really big — with its tallest mural ever. The “Color Field of Northwood,” an 8-story masterpiece by local artist Renee Phillips, is set to transform The Spruce, a new mixed-use building in Northwood Village.
Installation kicks off August 11, 2025, and will take about 4–6 weeks. The mural will reflect Northwood’s energy and draw inspiration from Florida’s coastal beauty — think tidal curves, lush greenery, and the shifting forms of clouds. When it’s done, this towering piece will be impossible to miss — a massive, colorful love letter to the neighborhood.
