The brisket nachos at Cholo Soy Cocina are a must — tender, smoky beef layered over crisp chips with just the right amount of melty cheese and fresh toppings (which include the guacamole, so you can skip that extra appetizer). The housemade salsa is also delicious (more of a mild, fresh salsa). And don’t leave without grabbing a taco — especially on a Tuesday when tacos are just $5 each.
