Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) is preparing for significant growth, aiming to increase its student enrollment by 66.67%, from 3,000 to 5,000 students. To support this expansion, the university is seeking approval for a new 25-story dormitory and an 11-story parking garage along Dixie Highway. These developments will address both the housing and parking needs for the growing student body.
This expansion comes alongside similar efforts by Vanderbilt University, which is also building a campus in West Palm Beach. PBA’s new dorm and parking garage will help accommodate more students while improving campus accessibility and overall campus life, as both universities contribute to transforming West Palm Beach into a bustling educational hub.
