Description

The 4th Annual Smoke & Sunshine: Live Fire Cooking Festival at Tropical Smokehouse in West Palm Beach - which was named one of the Best Locally Owned Southern Restaurants by Southern Living magazine - is returning on Saturday, January 24, 2026, and is one of South Florida’s hottest BBQ event of the year! Hosted by Robert Jacob Lerma and Chef Rick Mace, this event features a star-studded lineup of renowned pitmasters and chefs, including Paul Qui, Tavel Bristol-Joseph, and Hector Garate. Enjoy an immersive, walk-around experience with 12 live fire stations, live music, and an incredible selection of food and drinks.

The festival supports NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), raising awareness for mental health in the hospitality industry. Tickets start at $99, with VIP access available for a premium experience.
