Pizzaioli, the sister pizza shop of Aioli, was born in 2023 after Chef Michael Hackman began hosting pizza pop-ups at Aioli in 2020. Specializing in naturally leavened sourdough pizza, Pizzaioli is a scratch kitchen that prides itself on using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. The menu is simple, yet flavorful, and includes a rotating selection of pizzas, pastas, salads, and desserts that reflect the seasons, as well as interesting collaborations with other local chefs and restaurants. Known for its wood-fired 14” pizzas and Roman-style taglio options, Pizzaioli offers a unique dining experience focused on quality over quantity. Takeout online. Online ordering and ordering ahead are encouraged.

Pizzaioli is a sister restaurant of the popular SoSo bakery and cafe named Aioli. Pizzaioli is takeout only and not your average takeout pizza. Pizzaioli features woodfired sourdough pizza or roman taglio pizza, plus an assortment of pastas, salads, and sides (like garlic knots). Pizzaioli is also known for its interesting collabs with other local chefs and restaurants, making for one unique pizza. We have only had one pie for a quiet movie night and we will be back for more!
