$76M Palm Beach Oceanfront Estate Finds a Buyer

Another blockbuster Palm Beach real estate deal is taking shape.

A direct-oceanfront estate at 5 Via Los Incas has gone under contract after being listed for $76 million, making it one of the biggest Palm Beach luxury real estate deals of the summer.

The six-bedroom estate sits on 0.6 acres with 125 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage on Palm Beach’s North End, between The Breakers and Palm Beach Country Club.

Built in 1980 in classic Palm Beach Regency style, the property includes approximately 8,561 square feet between the main residence and pool cabana. The home features expansive living spaces, marble floors, a beachside pool and sweeping ocean views.

The property last sold for $17 million in 2007. The buyer and final sale price have not been publicly disclosed.

Why This Palm Beach Deal Stands Out

Direct-oceanfront homes are among the rarest properties in Palm Beach, and they continue to command some of the island’s biggest prices.

The $76 million estate was the largest Palm Beach County luxury home contract of the week. Overall, buyers signed 16 luxury contracts representing approximately $245 million in asking-price volume.

For another sign of just how valuable this stretch of coastline has become, the neighboring home at 6 Via Los Incas sold for $66 million in 2022.

With limited beachfront inventory and continued demand for trophy properties, Palm Beach’s ultra-luxury real estate market continues to make headlines.
